two months ago. Not only can he do that, he told Congress that is exactly what he would do because Mueller wants to go hide for the rest of his life.
Anyone seen Fitzgerald since his wimpy report?

And the report is my testimony. I would not provide information beyond that which is already public in any appearance before congress.

But the confidentiality and ethics agreement that he committed to work under still apply.
Think about your doctor. You went to him, had him treat things in confidence. You're protected by HIPPA.
Now, after 5 years of his being your doctor, you change doctors.
Do you really think that having dispensed with the first doctor he's no longer bound by confidentiality requirements?
