watch Barr's embarrassing stutters, stammers, and nonsensical responses during Congressional testimony.
He sounded like the "quite out of it" very elderly Uncle that one truly cares for, but can't help cringing when he goes "off" in public. He made Elmer Fudd sound like an impressive, articulate statesman by comparison.
