Republicans discussing measure to block Trump's Mexico tariffs

Being discussed on Morning Joe. Right now, it's backchatter. No names attached to it, no definite intention or date for implementation. Just a number of "concerned" Republicans who don't "heart" the tariffs.

Trump has no business setting tariffs to begin with. Congress should have challenged him when he first started doing it. Trump does what he wants by simply declaring a national emergency or for national security purposes.

If the market falls, if the economy falls, Republicans only have abortion to run on.
