So the strategy for fat Donnie is create a problem by declaring an insane policy

Freak everyone out and then 2 weeks later say he fix the problem he caused in the first place.

Fox has another great success to broadcast to fat donnie’s Cult members.

This is a frickin insane way to govern and be a citizen of America now.

That seems to be what he is doing in many of these cases. It is also possible that he folds when he faces opposition, but claims he got what he wanted even if he did not get what he wanted. Is it possible that he and his administration knew there were enough votes in Congress to override his veto of legislation preventing the tariffs?

Break it, go back to how it was before he broke it and say he made a deal/fixed it.
