Why not subpeona Trump Jr. or the Blackwater guy or someone who can't claim Executive Privilege

while waiting on the courts to rule on McGann or Mueller or Barr or others who are envoking it. Having people from scandals from a time when most Americans weren't even for and with no direct knowledge of the facts in the case at hand only highlights the Democrats' impotence.

1. I expect they will.

But their testimony is much more useful if it can be used to contradict or add to that of the major witnesses.

6. I may be wrong, but I don't believe Trump has claimed executive privilege as a reason to

prevent all these underlings from testifying. He simply "directs" them not to and, at most, says their MAY be "executive interests". He believes his word is law.

He is the new "L'il Kim".

7. Don Jr has been subpoenaed by the Senate.

Senate Intelligence Committee subpoenas Donald Trump Jr.

Of course he could also be subpoenaed by the House, but I have a feeling they're waiting until after his Senate testimony.
