"You've got mail" would sound as ancient to them as "number, please" would have sounded to their parents.

(56,828 posts)was when I saw an "all grown up" picture of Frances Bean Cobain. I had only remembered her as a baby in a picture in her father's arms... and, then she was suddenly a 19 or 20 year old model or something like that. Made me feel old, and that was several years ago (just googled her and she's 26 now)

(56,828 posts)was going to talk about the 10 year history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and compare/contrast it to his own life, but he decided it was too long after Endgame came out and re-did it the night before graduation.
(My daughter is going to be a senior, but went to see her senior friends graduate)
