Correction I posted last night: while this is a 1st Degree rape allegation & there is no statute of limitation, the old statute had run when the new one was past. That means no possibility of charges. I still hope she will get the coat tested. Its important to get more facts.

It would only show semen, but since Trump surely wouldn't submit to a DNA test

put it there, not whether or not the sex act was consensual.
I think we are better off not expending any political capital on this particular claim, which can perhaps add to negative public opinion, but which can never be legally proven.
