Correction I posted last night: while this is a 1st Degree rape allegation & there is no statute of limitation, the old statute had run when the new one was past. That means no possibility of charges. I still hope she will get the coat tested. It’s important to get more facts.

1. The coat, if DNA tested, can only show whose semen got on it, not how, not what sex act, if one,

put it there, not whether or not the sex act was consensual.

I think we are better off not expending any political capital on this particular claim, which can perhaps add to negative public opinion, but which can never be legally proven.

2. It would only show semen, but since Trump surely wouldn't submit to a DNA test

it's unlikely to ever be connected to him.
