I was angry.

Then I heard her explaination.
I think it was a dumb move to not have a more a more defined poster, but sarcasm & rage is not always clear.

It was a caution to those driving to be careful, to not hit the people running.

She said her sign was about her feeling sad for the people trying to get across rivers safely. She was sad about the father and his daughter who drowned.

She wanted to have her sign be equivalent to the old freeway sign.
