Accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein is on a suicide watch after the wealthy financier was found mysteriously injured in his cell in a federal jail in New York City, WNBC-TV reported Wednesday night.

According to sources, officials do not know whether Epstein tried to hang himself, if he staged a suicide attempt, or if he was assaulted.

The former friend of presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton is accused of sexually abusing dozens of young girls at his New York and Florida residences in the early 2000s.

I mean, I get these are new allegations, but still

This could be staged....going out to ER/hospital is a high escape risk.....he has money to coordinate such an escape....

He may also be under a camera surveillance as well....be in a "gumby suit" gown with velcro....plus an officer guard 24/7 documenting his actions every 15 minutes. This should help reduce his scheming....but his money....that is going to be a potential problem.

5. Another option is,

if he was in a general lock-up, prisoners do not take kindly to child molesters or traffickers. He needs to be kept safe and under lock and key so we can find out who he might rat on. If he was attacked, that might encourage him to come clean.

He has always manipulated his surroundings....now, he apparently is feeling vulnerable....a new and terrifying feeling for this pig.

7. He has to know that his life as he knew it is gone

He is unlikely to be able to buy his way out of these new charges. The way Trump has run away from him shows even he isn't stupid enough to grant a pardon.

Even if Epstein co-operates, all the ex-DAs on the cable shows have said that he would still have to serve significant time and that SDNY co-operation agreements require co-operators to admit to all crimes they've ever committed.

Because of his celebrity and the nature of his crimes, it's likely he'll be segregated in jail.

IMHO, he will, at some point, kill himself.
