Okay people, this is insane. I'm ready for the Marches on Washington to commence...

That is, I will be ready after I have my knee surgery and months of associated rehab. That MRI I just had was a lot uglier than I thought it would be.

But if you all start planning now, I'll be ready when you are. Yessirree.

And if there are marches on consecutive weekends, I can make plans to see the Smithsonian museums during the week and spend the weekends screaming at Trump.

Anything on the horizon?

An anti-Trump march on Washington would be worth the miserable flight and the money for extra leg-room.

...what her family calls a "nana launcher" for use during recovery. A nana launcher is a Lazy Boy type chair, preferably powered by electricity and not the recovering person's arms. Sounds like something that might inadvertently send you into orbit.

Why not try to organize a march in your community?

You don't have any control over whether other people organize a march in Washington, but your certainly can have an impact in your own backyard.

Go for it!

plan to stay for awhile -- two weeks minimum. Bring your tent. The national park is right there for camping. But setting up tents on the Mall might be even better.
