Phil Gramm held an off-site fundraiser/party where a smoke machine created spooky mist from which a figure emerged... an actor playing the ghost of Lyndon Baines Johnson, who spoke from beyond the grave about what a good President Phil Gramm would be someday.
So the "mystery speaker" could be anyone. Maybe FDR edorsing Romney.
I'm hoping for Genghis Khan.
