I'm afraid the voter ID law that the Courts just struck down will in Texas will be OVERTURNED

The Supreme Court upheld a similar Law and Justice Stevens wrote the main opinion agreeing with the state and he was a liberal Justice talking about they need the law for the integrity of voting to prevent voter fraud http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crawford_v._Marion_County_Election_Board
