Two great leaders combatting climate change, addressing poverty, spearheading women's empowerment, and isolating tyrants instead of glorifying them.
Alas, Putin installed Trump, and the great partnership was never to be.

Greenblatt's narrative clearly references our own time in the process. Brilliantly done and a great read.
