want their so called protection or whatever they think they are doing, walking around all high and mighty, and thinking ohhh, people are going to appreciate me walking around in Walmart's, protecting them!
He's lucky to be still alive, and I hope that they throw the book at him...the police in Spfd, MO have a pretty solid reputation too...
