“And again, what this Wall Street Journal report is saying today is not just that congressional committees and some states are seeking these materials about the president’s finances from major banks. What this report from The Wall Street Journal today says, is that they sought them and they’re now getting them. And this includes information on loans and mortgages and applications for financing and also reportedly specifically includes information on Russian businesspeople potentially connected to the president and his businesses,” she explained.

“Whatever is happening within the president’s financial history, whatever is happening that is evident in his banking and financial and tax records that he seems to be so freaked out about, that he seems to be willing to go to any lengths and any expense to try to keep secret, it appears those records by and large are not staying secret,” Maddow concluded. “That horse is on its way out of the barn and mostly out.”

If this analysis is correct (and Maddow usually is!) Trump is going to unravel before our very eyes. His mental fragility will not be able to cope with this level of exposure of his corruption. We think things a bad now....

6. just watched a show on hbo called Years and Years (spoilers if you intend to watch it)...

it was a BBC one season deal.

It was very good but also incredibly disturbing.

the show more or less starts in 2019 then projects with each episode further into the future.

but what got me, what scared the living shit out of me is, the show does a voice over news report of trump launching a nuke at a chinese island in the south pacific, 4 days before the general election. he goes on to get reelected.

just that small but very poignant part of the show sent an ice cold chill down my spine.

my point being is: I truly believe he will do anything and everything to prevent his financial records and taxes from being released. even nuking an island.

that while they're getting these financial records, if he had lied on them, they would still need to get the tax returns to verify that he lied.
