I was looking at a paragraph saying kids were huddling in their school because when the bus got them home, there was no one home.

Their parents were taken by ICE, so the bus had to take the kids back to the school.

Hell of a thing to wake up to. This is not the country I was once proud of.

...might begin with a bunch of schools busses across the country picking up little kids as usual, except that the bus drivers had been replaced by terrorists, who were taking the nation's children hostage.

It never occurred to me that it could be government terrorists taking the parents hostage and leaving the kids to fend for themselves.

Just another major failure of imagination in the age of Trump.
