Again: He doesn't know that he doesn't know, (and so, he can honestly imagine he knows) and he is, in effect, the Dunning-Kruger effect incarnate. You can learn all you need to know about that from him, so, at least, there is some benefit and somebody is learning something because he sure won't.

And that phrase, to me, about thinking he knows more than most is really, really pathetic. Calling him a true, card carrying ignoramus is putting it way too mildly.
