Trump is the ultimate avatar of this kind of person, this kind of pathetic loser. And the best part about it is that the Presidency is making him keenly aware of it EVERY SINGLE MINUTE. The presidency does NOT build character, it reveals it very clearly. The world is mocking him, the majority of his countrymen find him offensive and wish he were not POTUS, and he is failing spectacularly on all fronts.

Folks with Alzheimer's and some forms of dementia normally speak in phrases that invoke emotions and CANNOT discuss issues that demand facts and labels: places, people, etc. Trumpy is devoid of any utterance that names names.

A good example is the row created by Trumpy's former personal assistant. Trumpy goes on the record telling us that he "loves Tiffany." What? He can't discuss the facts of any event or case, and in this one, all he can do is profess his love for a daughter he doesn't give two hoots about. He can't tell us that he never heard of a Category 5 hurricane because he's already told us several times over the years, just as a Cat 5 hurricane is making the news.
