take this as bait or trolling or another, he's just joking. I am taking, and its implications as on the record.

This is a person in the office of President. This is not funny and a trolling President who baits people online has to be taken seriously. Otherwise, it is enabling again.

I interpret that as a blatant indication of his contempt for our Constitution. That's a President signaling disrespect for the most important underpinnings of our union. That is not a joking matter in the least bit. It is another sign of a traitor in office who would like us to think that is funny, but is thumbing his nose at the rule of law.

So, this is not about staying calm or reacting. It should be added to the list of reasons why he does not deserve to be in a position that he doesn't respect and that's because the Constitution itself is what grants him that position and that document is about we, the people, not him the dick-tator.
