This is a criminal investigation, and at this point, discovery requests should be an avalanche of requests for testimony and documents. Overwhelm the White House if need be and have attorneys ready to push back in court.
I know that it's early but the momentum and pace need to be kept up.

(35,438 posts)I can tell you firsthand that the longer you delay discovery, the easier it will be to suppress evidence and intimidate witnesses.
Trump may be destroying documents as each hour goes by. Valuable time is being wasted here.
Kudos to Nancy for kicking off the impeachment inquiry, but if it's not handled properly, it will be disaster for the Dems next year.

(4,066 posts)It's fun watching him melt down. The more they let him melt down, the more he says on the record that makes getting those documents easier. The courts have considered his tweets to be policy and public statements.
The more he says, the less room he has to say they documents should be kept confidential.
