Excellent; though I still like my Islays, too.

French wine, Scotch whiskey, Italian cheese . Will life be worth living anymore? Of course, these are luxuries. But I'd cut back on other things to enjoy these pleasures. There are other wines to be had, and also whiskey, but there really is no substitute for real Parmigiano Reggiano.

It is pricey, but also heirloom organic, pesticide free, cold pressed. You can also find US olive oil beyond the first press.

I am not an alcohol drinker and I may eat 1/8 pound of cheese of all types combined per year. I don't eat imported cookies, I eat my own baked ones or domestic. I very seldom eat sweets like candy, even chocolate candy. The one area where I may be hit is mandarin oranges, but there are domestic sources that are good, so I buy the Spanish variety only when I notice them.

By an large, his tariffs won't stop me from buying any European foodstuffs that I buy, 25% on top of the existing price is rather meaningless to me given the quantities I buy. He would have hurt my business, I use a European origin oil, but recently changed my formulations to use far less, because another oil proved to be more adaptable for what I am doing. So all in all, FUCK TRUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their entire personal ethos denies proven fact. 25% of America believes that the earth is 6000 years old and Noah truly built a boat for all animals on earth.

Now, most Christians in the world don’t believe that shit. As much as I dislike the Catholic Church, they pretty much say that when theology is confronted with proven science then theology changes.

But not evangelicals. I was raised evangelical so I know. They make a life of denying truth. So when a political party does not deny their baseless beliefs the are primed to believe other baseless stories that party throws out. Because if they question any of their beliefs they might be forced to question them all.

But it is a short term advantage. There are already about the same number of non religious folks in this country than evangelicals. And growing all the time.

separation from Putin. Kevin Bacon must be jealous. The European tariffs hurt those countries and effect their economies negatively. trump could be feinting naivete by imposing there tariffs and claiming they help the US because we collect tariff money when in actuality they are really a tax on US consumers who buy the European goods.

All this of course causes disruption and discord here and in Europe—Putin's goal.

Same with China tariffs but with even more negative effect as China exports much more goods to the US with that much more disruption of our economy and cost to consumers.

The Ukraine situation benefits Russia also as trump delays the military aid to Ukraine which allows Putin's forces to dig in even further into eastern Ukraine thus making it harder to dislodge them. Now trump is publicly pushing for Ukraine to negotiate a settlement with Putin that will allow the provinces in eastern Ukraine a near autonomous status to the Russian-occupied region, plus Russia gets to keep Crimea and it's seaport. Putin wins again.

trump has Pompeo an Barr traveling the world to twist the amrs of several governments to help gin up "information" that the 2016 election interference really came from a Crowd Strike computer located in Ukraine, not Russia. Thus Putin wins again and can be re-admitted to the G8.

Imo trump is working for Putin, not the US.

have been green lighted by the WTO due to the EU illegal subsidies of Airbus.

The U.S. was authorized to impose tariffs of up to 100% on $7.5 billion of goods by the WTO in what has been a 15-year battle over support programs for Airbus and U.S. aerospace rival Boeing Co.
