Does it mean....

a) Mitt is more desperate to win at all costs... hoping to sort of "head off" any investigation. I mean, nothing seemed to stick to Bush or Cheney during their terms.

b) Republicans will stay home in droves, not wanting to tarnish their brand any further by being tied to a scandal.

it goes anywhere in the media. It will become a huge swiftboat mess especially if mittens isn't tied DIRECTLY to it imo.

I don't expect more than what we got with Fitzmas.

But just maybe some "independents" will find the charges disturbing and, if they can't bring themselves to vote for Obama, stay home and be 1 less vote for Romney.
