The video appeared in a report on Turkish attacks in northern Syria. ABC News did not specify how the error had occurred.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was done by some sympathetic trumper at ABC to give him something to bluster about.

That some footage was used by mistake. Apparently a shooting range has a shoot the fuck out of America day & they used footage from that by mistake.
