Some "inconvenient truths" for the dead-enders who STILL support Trump:

-he is a liar;

-he is a racist;

-he is a sexual predator;

-he is willfully ignorant;

-he is cruel;

-he is unjustifiably arrogant;

-he is irresponsible;

-he is impulsive;

-he is greedy;

-he is a coward;

-he is a criminal;

-this is an incomplete list.

All the above are FACTS. Most informed citizens now acknowledge them as such. Trump has not only admitted many of the above facts, he is openly proud of them.

IF ANY OF YOU STILL CARE,---"THIS"---is what you wear around your necks each time you put your disgusting MAGA caps on your heads. I, for one, will never "forget and forgive". Yes, I will "move on", but it will be without you---any of you--- in my life.

They love that he's rich (probably not a billionaire but still wealthy).

They love that he says and does whatever he pleases without consequence.

They want to be him so bad, they love him.

When he falls, it will be a blow to their psyche. They will hate everyone who is involved with his fall.

There is no logic or reason with them on this. It is pure emotion.

their racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, meanness, in-yer-face hostility, victimhood, and general nastiness.

All that stuff that they had to keep locked away in the proverbial closet because it wasn’t “nice.” trump tells them in word and deed that all that shitty behavior and all those shitty thoughts and opinions that Mom said weren’t nice (“we don’t say things like that”), hell, have at it! Yes you CAN talk that way, and it’s okay to feel that way! You sick of all that “P.C.” crap? Screw that! Go ahead and talk that way and be that way. Don’t keep those inner demons suppressed or stifled. Hell, take ‘em out into the open and dance all over town with ‘em!

While correct, means nothing to them, nothing. If anything it’s makes their devotion to him stronger. They care little about facts.

If I say what I feel is going to happen this election cycle I’d be trashed in a second.

I hope I’m wrong...my wife tells me I am numerous times about everything. Trying for a little lightness here.

what got trump and them to this point - by associating him with limbnbaugh

republicans who are finally starting to regret this disaster know who to blame but if they're in media or politics and don't want to get death threats they can't say it in public. so they let democrats keep blaming fox - a symptom, and a small player that itself is beginning to falter in it's support for trump

by recognizing that trump is a talk radio creation and heavily dependent on limnbaugh -- his (and guiliani's) friend, golf partner and neighbor in palm beach - to excuse him, police all other talk radio hosts, and attack his critics to millions 15 hrs a day, democrats can destroy trump's ability to keep republican senators in line. with limnbaugh exposed and challenged, GOP senators will be much more likely to convict in the senate.

realize that their healthcare, Social Security and Medicare are on the chopping block, THEN they will pay attention. Republicans have always catered to the wealthy. These Magats are just useful at the ballot box for them. The only way the gop wins elections is by dirty tricks, closing voting stations, eliminating voters from the rolls, gerrymandering and having Russia interfere. Their policies alone do nothing for regular, working class citizens. If these tRump clowns are too dumb to see that, then they are more to be pitied than laughed at.

is spot on. Everything (R)'s do, all goes back to helping the Greedy One Percent (GOP).

I ask MAGAt friends, that will vote for anything with an (R) next to their name, if
they can list any programs that any (R) administration has implemented that
benefit the society as a whole.
Their standard response is "Tax Cut", which isn't a program, but they don't like to hear that.

There are 3 programs that (R) administrations have implemented:
- 1) Eisenhower - Federal Aid Highway Act. This is basically the Interstate Highway system, which helped commerce move for freely. It also is used for dad-to-day transportation and for national defense.

- 2) Nixon - Environmental Protection Agency. Nixon wanted nothing to do with this. Because the house had enough votes to make it veto proof, he was advised to sign it and take credit for it.

- 3) Bush I - Americans with Disabilities Act, which affects over 43 million Americans and forbids discrimination in employment, public accommodations, and transportation.

If we listed all programs implemented by (D) administrations that have benefited society as a whole, the list would be to long for this forum.

One last note, when (D)'s had the majority of Congress from the 1930's to 1980, they built the strongest middle class that civilization has ever seen. LITERALLY!

Since 1980, the (R)'s have proceeded to tear away at our middle class life style.
The Chinese can now say they have the strongest middle class that civilization has every seen.
They have a middle class that is larger than the population of the US.

they not merely completely fine with all this as long as donnie stands as a enforcer-in-chief of their preferred social hierarchy (white over black, men over women, straight over gay, christian over anything else, rich over poor, etc.).

they do not merely love him for that and are willing to ignore the rest.

they actively hate *us* for daring to point all this out. they do not see it as us trying to enforce important laws or political or governmental norms. they see it as us attacking *them*, as us attacking their preferred social hierarchy, as us attacking their "way of life".

they see themselves as martyrs as a result, having to suffer unwarranted attacks on their free speech rights.

they are deep, deep, deep down into cult land.

of one of our Kurdish allies in the fight against ISIS. The Kurds are moving into northern Iraq. When we leave Iraq, they will be surrounded by enemies. We will have no land routes to deliver assistance to them.

We need to push through the UN a geopolitical solution now. Otherwise, the Kurds will be extinguished.
