I stand corrected, old age is sneaking up on me...... he did waive the appeals after learning he would spend ten plus years in some supermax? awaiting the outcome.

I am pro death penalty for a specific reason. Plea Bargains. If the person confesses, saving all the years and costs of appeals, because he pled guilty and settled for life imprisonment that is great. The criminal is still out of circulation and that is good for anyone concerned.

However, I would be for the Death Penalty for certain politicians in the past 15-20 years
