Majority was always going to be tough, with 6 parties.
Hopefully, Liberals + NDP will have 170+ seats between them, so can form a strong left coalition government.

(118,642 posts)not quite have a majority quite yet. It is important that they do. Anyhow i am happy with a Liberal minority. No a bad thing that they have to appeal to other left parties to pass a budget. And they could break bread with the Bloc Quebecois who are a left party too and did not run on separation this time.

Alberta separation is a thoroughly stupid idea in any case - there is no way we would be better off under any plausible subsequent scenario.
