and go to Best Stop Supermarket in Scott. It's exit 97 on I-10. Go North about a mile and it will be on your left. Best boudin and smoked sausage in the state.

15. I spent some time in Caddo. People asked if I was scared of the snakes.

I said no, the alligators ate them all.

14. Palo Duro Canyon is gorgeous.

Watch out for flash floods there, though.

16. For me the most beautiful time of year in Caddo is dead middle of summer.

Problem is the temps are always over 100f, the humidity is close to 100 and the 80' Cypress trees block any brease. I almost died there but for a bass boat that towed me back to civilization or what passes for it in Uncertain.
