I read on DU earlier there might be a third party run announcement.

It's unlikely, but it's worth checking out!

No way a cap is kept on such an announcement for half a day.

He also noted that the system is such that it is very difficult to do such a thing.

Ryan's talk is hawkish. Paul voted against ryan's budget. Fake/fraud base-line budget.

6. No endorsement of Romney. Tacitly implied Obama was more pro-peace, and would win because of that.

He didn't say that in so many words. But when I connect the dots, that's what I get out of it.
