Isikoff: First takeaway from House Intel Report - Pence knew and/or participated

First big takeaway from House intel report: It concludes that VP Pence-- who would become POTUS if Trump is removed-- was "either knowledgeable of or active participant" in conduct that is basis for impeachment.

It's kind of hilarious that Watergate has been the standard of presidential corruption for all these decades, when that was teeny tiny small potatoes compared to what is happening now. It's unfathomable. And it comes after three years of the most outrageous behavior the world has ever seen from a supposed non-dictator. The government of the United States, a country that had the respect of the world again just a few years ago, is being run like a mob operation. The leader of the free world (or the person occupying the office that used to be described that way) is a mobster and a crook. It is, literally, unbelievable.

This investigation is like pouring tea into an overfilled cup. It's just too much to take in.

Pence would never get his pick for VP confirmed, and an acting VP doesn't mean shit when it comes to that succession thingy.

If this crazy thing totally blows up, and it comes to pass, I have on good authority Nancy Pelosi would retire a happy woman on January 20, 2020: Mission Accomplished. Hell, a photo of her wearing a sweatshirt with the #47 emblazoned on it would look cool on my refrigerator.

They are going to drag this out as long as they can I think. To impeach Pence they would have to start all over from scratch starting with hearings again. It would just take too long. By then we'll be at the election anyway.

Hell, impeach Pence first, then nail the orange anus and change Nancy's number to 46. Simple, no?

Let me live with my pipe dream for a bit until reality smacks me in the face. OK?

Timing is crucial. If he is removed for crimes committed just as mf45 is removed or within a legal time frame, neither one will occupy the WH.

and say they'll never convict tRump for his high crimes and treason. Because if tRump's guilty, they guy he has lunch with on a regular basis to talk policy, is also as guilty as he is.

Isn't that right, madame president Pelosi?

They have to cling to the edge of the cliff no matter how bad it looks because there's no bottom... they can't toss Trump because too many of them are chained to him.
