It’s plain he can’t tolerate him and is only doing his duty. He doesn’t hide his contempt as well as Mummy.

And given his 30-year green/climate journey and push? I understand why.

Diana. She was this beautiful young woman and he had no intention of even pretending to be faithful to her. And Camilla was just as complicit. I was heartbroken when Diana was killed. Charles treated her like shit.

on personal, moral grounds Clinton acted reprehensively and I hold him at fault for the Monica Lewinsky affair. He was the most powerful man in the world and he could have easily prevented her from being in the White House, yet she was allowed in.

Apparently, Major Hellstrom "realizes" that they're imposters when Hicox throws up the "British" 3-finger signal instead of the "German" 3-finger signal when asking for 3 glasses. This is the popular interpretation, but a red herring.

Get out of the way. I have 300 other guests.

She's 93 fer christ's sake. If I even make it that far not likely I'd be able to stand there for 2 hrs and make nice to decent people let alone assholes.

I've had the misfortune to know a few self centered people in my life but all of them could at least understand being considerate on some level - even if it was for selfish reasons. These people have nothing. I just don't see how the planet can possible spawn a more selfish and self centered bunch the Trump Inc.

Also I wonder what's so important in her pocketbook that she can't put it down?

Her upbringing won't allow for a Queen who must sit. She has been active all her life. She still manages on a horse. If she gets to where the receiving line is too brutal then they will cut the guest list or something.

The purse keeps an arm busy. Ot is a trademark. It is a style. It might even hold glasses a hankie and ricola. In a pinch she has a weapon in case the grabber in chief gets frisky. Haha

She is an old school lady.

She adjusts its position (on her left arm, on the floor, etc.) to let her staff know of her intentions such as cutting the chatter short, leaving an event early, etc.

Chump shakes Camilla's hand, but neither Elizabeth or Charles. WTF?!

Melania shakes hands with both Charles and Camilla, and I think it's protocol to not shake the Queen's hand unless she offers her hand first.

Charles may have subtly flipped the bird to Chump, but nobody noticed it.

The body language looks really odd. If Trump were turned forward, I'd think he was drawing out the time with the Queen for photos. But then, it looks like there's a camera on the opposite side as well that maybe he was playing to? Still, if you ignore the camera aspect, it would look like he's purposely trying to exclude Prince Charles from the conversation.

And, apparently Melania greeted Camilla with a kiss which simply isn't done. Though I doubt the Trump adminstration has someone who instructs them on protocol as past administrations have had.

Tacky, tacky, tacky.

https://www.vanityfair.com/style/2019/12/donald-trump-kept-prince-charles-waiting-for-tea-for-a-whole-hour

Prince Charles has been taking on more of his mother’s duties recently. Sometimes, that means he is asked to do relatively placid activities, like on Tuesday morning when he handed out the Queen Elizabeth Prize For Engineering to the four scientists who invented GPS. Other times it drops him right into the belly of the beast—or rather, drops the beast right into the Morning Room at Clarence House. Before heading to Buckingham Palace for a reception hosted by the Queen on Tuesday, Donald and Melania Trump had tea with Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cambridge.

Like the 2018 visit where the Queen was left waiting, the Trumps were nearly an hour late by the time they made it to Charles’s residence. The original schedule had them arriving at 5:10 p.m., but they didn’t make it until 6:05 p.m., according to the Daily Mirror. According to CNN, the Trumps left after about 15 minutes at Clarence House.

The two couples posed for a quick picture in front of the fireplace, and everyone was clashing. Melania arrived wearing a yellow and purple Valetino cape, while Camilla wore a red dress. Trump wore a black suit, while Charles wore a navy one. According to CNN, a crowd of supporters cheered “USA” outside as they walked in.
