Question about the signs at convention for Skinner, or anyone else who knows....

How do they distribute the various signs used by the attendees at the convention? There are many different varieties, each one suited for the current speech. How do they get everyone to hold up the same sign at the same time? I mean there are thousands of people there. Just curious.
