Once praised for his impartiality when he argued that Clinton should be impeached, he enjoyed that veneer of scholarly jurist for decades. Now he shows up to defend Trump, proving he was always a wolf in sheep's clothing. What is it about Trump that people are willing to sacrifice their reputations for the opportunity to serve him?
