1. I think what he was really talking about was low-flow toilets

which he hates because they conserve water, which there's plenty of that never gets used because it just flows into the ocean, so he says they don't work because you have to flush 10-15 times. Maybe he does on account of his terrible diet but most people don't. But it's his usual stupid way of exaggerating something if he doesn't like it.
