Young Republicans "immigration forum" devolves into white supremacist shit-show!

Quad-City residents are distancing themselves from an incendiary far-right activist who delivered racist remarks Monday at a forum hosted by the Scott County Teenage Republicans.

Nick Fuentes ("Unite the Right"/Charlottesville star), a far-right provocateur from Chicagoland known for espousing racist and anti-Semitic views, spoke for about 20 minutes at the end of the Quad Cities Immigration Forum, hosted at the Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bettendorf.

Fuentes told the crowd about the “drastic consequences” of immigration from non-European, non-white countries. He said that driving around majority non-white neighborhoods of cities like Chicago shows how racial and ethnic diversification is “not good.”

Now, others who spoke at the forum are distancing themselves from Fuentes, who has become a darling of the far-right.

“I had no idea who Fuentes was up until a few minutes ago," tweeted Bobby Schilling, former congressman and Republican candidate for Iowa’s second congressional district, who spoke before Fuentes took the stage. "His rhetoric is disgusting and I want in no way to be associated with him. His racist anti-Semitic statements do not reflect my own views. I proudly support Israel and I love people of all colors and ethnic backgrounds.”

This asshole Bobby Schilling actually attempted to blame Antifa for sending "far-right actors" into Republican and Conservative events in an effort to smear them. Then it was revealed that Schilling's staffer was the one that contacted Fuentes to bring him in as part of the program!

The only difference between Fuentes and the likes of Schilling is that Fuentes is more transparent with his reasons for being anti-immigrant.

It's like the Never Trumpers who had no problem with decades of dog whistling before Trump replaced the dog whistle with a bullhorn.

My experience with the local Campus YGOP ers in the 1960 time frame was the same. My goodness,we are talking some sixty years latter about a similiar topic. As someone who was a YDEM on Campus, one got to know each and everyone of the competition so to speak. Four or five of the YGOP are now members of the Wisconsin State Legislature, and they are the so called Leadership. Assholes one and all.

frat houses in Animal House? Nailed it with Niedermeyer and Greg Marmalard--and probably the rubber glove too.

Fuentes mentions the non-white neighborhoods in major cities and blaming the victims. Hasn't he heard of Institutional Racism? It's the government bureaus that refuse to fund these areas and their schools, further keeping the underprivileged down. There is no level playing field. That would take Socialism (shhhhh-damn keyboard won't whisper).

Minorities themselves aren't any more stupid or lazy than whites. The past 3 presidents have proven that.

Are not particularly "white" in the "classic WASP sense?" The Portland Proud Boys guy is rather dark skinned, this guy's name is Fuentes; Steven Miller is 1 degree of Jewish immigrant decent. The "integrity" of these groups and their "beliefs" is flawed in every way. They can't even get the white supremacy right.

Kevin Williamson, though a conservative dickhead, really lampooned this brilliantly in his piece on how stupid white nationalists are:

A Charlottesville protester named Nicholas J. Fuentes, raging against the “rootless transnational elite,” vows: “You will not replace us.” I have reviewed the passenger manifest of the Mayflower, and there is not a single “Fuentes” to be found. Indeed, the rowdier white-power element in Texas, where I live, would very much like to see every man bearing the name “Fuentes” set down on the southerly side of a muddy little river that runs through Laredo. Peter Cvjetanovic, the 20-year-old rage-monkey bellowing in one of the now-famous photos of the tiki-Nazi procession in Virginia, complains: “I’m not the angry racist they see in that photo.” One hopes not: “Cvjetanović” is a Croat name. Not a whole lot of Slavs on the Mayflower, either, and the originators of that swastika flag the angry white boys in Virginia like to fly would have put every Cvjetanović they could lay hands on in a camp, eventually. Benito Mussolini reported that he himself had been impressed by a protest against “Jugo-Slav” immigrants in Italy.
