meeting w/Ukrainians when McCarthy said, "Putin pays two people Rohrsbacher and Trump."*

Putin began his takeover of the GOP the minute that John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia, Samuel Alito, and Anthony Kennedy...decided in favor of Citizen's United...thus opening the floodgates for foreign money to pass through groups created for just that purpose or entities like the NRA to funnel foreign contributions to politicians who were 2nd Amendment advocates!!!

Remember from 2008-2012, Putin was the "Prime Minister" of Russia, after serving two consecutive terms as president! So, it's not inconceivable, that he and his oligarch allies began planning to buy the GOP at that time...then he won a his third term.

Foreign money and propaganda have been a lethal combination in eroding the country's foundations over time. That the US has lasted this long under the circumstances is a bit astounding.
