They could pass a resolution of condemnation... but if they pass articles of impeachment they can’t keep the Senate from doing whatever they want with it

He has admitted that he is not "wasting his time" by paying attention to this.

Yet somehow, he has learned enough to know that DFT is innocent as a virgin sheep,

Otherwise he might risk 51 votes going against Trump, (4 Republicans + Democrats) and that would look a lot worse.

If there aren’t any of them voting to impeach in the House, it’s unlikely that any will do so in the Senate.
