Why not simply remove the wonderful Greta and put in a complete Donald Trump with his own body that likely is 200 pounds greater. (The only measure where he could be greater.)
Not to mention, it was the OBAMA administration that developed the anti ISIS plan and created the coalition - that Trump actually claimed was "his". The plan, created from lessons learned in Iraq and Afghanistan, moved slowly but surely, working hard to demine and establish good local governance in areas reclaimed.
When Trump took office, all of Iraq had been won back except a section of Mosul that was under attack and areas won by ISIS near Turkey had been won back. Trump did change some rules and accelerated the attacks. This likely did lead to an earlier winback of all the land, but at the cost of civilian lives making it harder to establish governance of the areas. Then, he betrayed the Kurds allowing a resurgance of ISIS - which would have been greater if the Kurds did not have a vested interest in continuing to fight ISIS.
On the economy, anyone who can look at a graph of virtually any economic statistic from 2008 until the present and NOT see that Obama worked hard to change the march off the cliff that the economy faced in 2008/2009 as he took office in January 2009 and then had years of positive results over his remaining term. It is true that there was an acceleration in 2017, but the best conclusion is that it was the result of first speculation then confirmation that Trump would throw a huge amount of new money into the economy. (That money was the huge tax cut that mainly benefited the top 1%.) This was a stimulation package. That it caused a rise in the stock market and stimulated the economy is not a surprise, but it also created a huge deficit, that will continue to be fed until that tax cut is reversed. No one is raising the issue that the current balance is unsustainable - and the choice will be reversing those cuts or cutting spending. PS As stimulation goes, it was far less effective than if instead of cutting the taxes on the top we accepted the same budget deficit caused by increased spending to help those at the bottom.
The wall has NOT been built. So far, he has mostly embarrassed the US by holding kids in cages at the border. He has repaired walls built by earlier administrations.
