She turned a very red district blue and is showing real political courage here. The Republicans have been running wall to wall ads demanding Torres-Small bow down to Trump. I am proud of her for doing the right thing.

The western part of her district is very blue but often gets outvoted by the conservative eastern New Mexico. Shes going to face a tough re-election bid but I believe she can win if turnout is high enough in Grant and Dona Ana counties.
