I was a mess back then as an angry Trump supporter. Being a liberal has brought me down to earth in realizing the person I was. Having empathy encouraged me to get PTSD therapy, getting an education, being a better role model for my kids. I came a long way and I’m ready for 2020.

It's an Eternal Question, because how come we who are not hot shot officials, don't have access to tons of sophisticated intelligence resources, knew that the illegal Iraq Attack was wrong, found out soon enough about the Vietnam crap, would have voted against confirming a multitude of jerk nominations for Cabinet members and judges (over decades) without "believing" their lying testimony?!1

Could go *way* on.

He's the guy who was trolling her, last year, and instead of blocking him, she interacted. Turned out he was in chronic pain and needed psychological and medical attention - she helped him find people who could provide affordable, accessible services. He's an anomaly in that he was willing to continue to carry on a dialogue until they found some common ground. Most of them never listen.
