From all the testimony in the last 2 years not to mention our intelligence agencies (all of them) warning about this, I would venture this is out of the realm of a theory.

The Republicans are out in the open about it.

They support Putin over the constitution, and aren't ashamed about doing it.

Follow the money.

The turd has been laundering Russian money for decades (hundreds of millions), taking Russian loans, "we don't need American banks, we get all the funding we need from Russian banks".

Republican politicians have been bought by Vlad, through campaign contributions. Moscow Mitch was bought by 200 million for alleged Kentucky "factory investment".

The NRA is essentially being eaten from the inside by Russian millions, funneled to republican politicians.

It is all out in the open.

No conspiracy involved, just blatant collusion.
