Occasionally, I hear Trump did something good by signing a bi-partisan bill that actually helps.
Sorry, I can't give credit to Trump for signing a bill like the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act, for which neither he nor his administration had anything to do with when it was going through Congress. What? He gets credit for not vetoing it?
