I heard on our local news about a "capital investment company" that bought a steel plant, and they are threatening to liquidate it unless there is state and local tax concessions. And every company that comes along is using that same tactic. I don't know what you call that, but it sounds to me like they are building NOTHING, and doing it on our backs.
