So they won't call him.

Dems might as well Subpoena him the second the Senate acquittal vote comes down. Let the courts take the heat.

can subpoena it. They don't need to wait for dithering senators to do anything.

And, if Bolton/WH won't turn it over because of national security concerns or some other bogus reason, then S&S should be told it can't be published meaning 0 $s for Bolton.
