Is not the usual phraseology deepest or most sincereor heartfelt?
Warmest just does not sound right. I even Googled it, and on a list of the 100 best sympathy messages, warmest condolences was not there once.
I remember this administration using that clumsy word combination once before, but I cannot remember the circumstances.
