Can a Democratic President take the Medal of Freedom away from the racist?

That would be extremely satisfying to see Trump's face if that could happen. Everyone knows it's ridiculous and offensive. It needs to be pulled even though Rush will likely be gone by then.

It's a slap in the face to minorities and women. I know they can give medals of honor after soldiers are dead so can medals be pulled as well after someone has died?

I'm sure Wikipedia has a list of medal recipients. Have them put an asterisk by his name.

You'd have no continuity of laws, if an elected president started erasing what the prior president did.
