Has anyone else seen this?
Accompanied with the caption "Had to share this. A dear friend, former prison Chaplain, sent this to me. I'll never forget ministering with him in Louisiana! It is so unbelievable that this isn't recognized by more in the culture."
I made two comments on my friend's posting:
"At schools, teachers can't preach any religion to the students, but students are allowed to bring a bible to school and read during recess/non class time if they wish. Just like how prisoners may choose whichever religious literature they want.
"The Supreme Court has consistently ruled against teacher-led prayer in schools since 1962 (Engel v. Vitale), but student-led prayer has always been legal."
