Stone will not be going to prison today. The judge deferred the start of his sentence until she rule

Stone is such a smart a**.. Him doing the perp walk with handcuffs would have been icing on the cake.

Stone will not be going to prison today. The judge deferred the start of his sentence until she rules on defense efforts to toss trial. If their objections have to do with jurors, it likely won't fly. She spoke highly of jurors service.

That works out to 3 years and four months in prison. He also sentenced to two years of supervised release upon leaving prison.

That came on Count 1. He got concurrent sentences of 18 months on counts 2-6 and count 7.

Remember, Gerald Ford issued an unconditional, blanket pardon to Richard Nixon for anything Nixon might have done while president, whether charges were brought or not.

It isn't unusual for judges to disagree with the prosecution's sentencing recommendations.

The defense recommended a suspended sentence. She didn't agree with that either.

he'll never see prison. That's why he was smirking coming out of the courthouse. You and I would never get that benefit of the doubt.
