Any thoughts on how you all think these are going to play out? I really don't have a clear view of RMoney as a debater, but am utterly comfy with PO's skills. I can't wait!

(21,642 posts)But he's got a short fuse, so Obama might be able to make him go boom. If so, Dems will love it, Independents will go "hmm...", and the right will talk about what a mean, unpleasant person the President is.

(115,693 posts)he's not too bad as long as he can avoid getting specific. And he didn't seem as weird, flummoxed or deranged as most of the other candidates (which isn't saying much). Still, he gets prickly when pushed for details on anything, and I think he will be very vulnerable if asked to explain his chameleon-like ideology (or lack of one). And he's already proved he doesn't know diddly shit about foreign policy. I think the Prez can kick his ass.
