Its horses**t. Nobody in Boston thinks were going to lose. Were in a tight race. We had a 4-5 point bounce after our convention and it evaporated when they had theirs. Now they have a 4-5 bounce . . .

(86,005 posts). . . you're right, this is a pretty sure portrait of panic and denial. Good sign. It should just get uglier from here, I think the Romneyites are made of the same stuff as the folks who think we could have 'won' the Vietnam War if we just bombed their country more. . . . but, there are even diminishing returns from that type of carpet-bombing strategy.
I don't really believe the Romney campaign actually knows how their thing works . . . but, we'll see.

Biggest problem # for Mitt today isnt 5-pt deficit in polls. It's the # of details hes sharing w/American people about his tax plan: Zero
