Hawaiian 14-day quarantine period starts March 26, lasts until May 20

https://governor.hawaii.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/2003152-ATG_Second-Supplementary-Proclamation-for-COVID-19-signed.pdf

Unless you are an emergency relief worker or doing "critical infrastructure" functions, you have to self-quarantine for 2 weeks after entering the island. If you live in Hawaii, your quarantine location is your residence; if you are a visitor, quarantine at your hotel. Only leave for medical reasons - you can't even leave to buy food. Violation of this is a misdemeanor with a $5000 fine.

Two months of this should be plenty to solve the problem.

If you fly into the state any time until the emergency period has ended in May, you have to go to ground for two weeks.
